It gives you a full-sized single bed at the top and the futon at the bottom can be used as a seating nook and an extra sleeping space all in one. You simply have to fold it back into a chair when not in use or extend it into a single bed for when you have guests staying over. An added benefit of this high sleeper is it features a reversible ladder.
