The Soft Weighted Plate Set is perfect for upping the level of your exercise routines; with the set of 3 different weights you can easily choose a suitable weight for every routine. They are made from a high quality neoprene material and are filled with iron sand allowing them to be used in place of sandbags, medicine balls and other weighted equipment. The plate set includes 3 different weights so you can choose the right weight for each exercise. It also allows you to build up the difficulty of your routines by beginning with the 2kg weight before moving onto the 3kg and 5kg weights for added intensity. Each weight has a different colour rim, making it quick and easy to identify the different weights during your workout. These weights are made from a high quality neoprene material which ensures endurance and performance throughout your workouts. They are filled with a fine iron sand filling which helps maintain an equal distribution of weight throughout the plate.
