Ideal for active lifestyles, sport, work or everyday use, it helps provide targeted support without restricting your natural range of motion. Each single-use pack includes pre-cut strips made from genuine Kinesio Tex Tape Gold, including one black I-strip, one blue I-strip and one blue Y-strip, along with application instructions. Lightweight, breathable and water resistant, the tape is suitable for wear during daily activities and can be used for support when lifting, throwing, swimming, playing tennis or carrying out repetitive shoulder movements.
